What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
In general, we ship the items from Germany so delivery charges start from only as little as 3.50 Euros for up to 2 items. Every additional 1 - 2 items will increase the delivery charges by another 3.50 Euros (eg. total order of 2 items = 3.50 Euros delivery charges, total order of 3 items = 7.00 Euros delivery charges, 4 items = 7.00 Euros delivery charges, 6 items = 10.50 Euros delivery charges, 7 items = 14.00 Euros, 8 items = 14.00 Euros, etc.). For registered (traceable) mail, please add 2.50 Euros to the total. However, from time to time, items will also be available in and delivered from the Philippines. Please do check the product information. In this case, we only charge a flat rate of Php 150 for Philippine domestic deliveries covering Metro Manila and provinces. What's even better is that, you also pay Php 150 for international deliveries coming from Germany to the Philippines. For international shipping from the Philippines, we charge a flat rate of Php 1,000 or 20 Euros for every 500 grams which can fit 2 swimsuits or shirts. Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
Bank/Wire Transfer and PayPal (which also processes credit card payments) are our accepted payment methods.
Does your Online Shop or PayPal charge for the buyer's payment transactions?
Never. Buying and paying with Paypal is always FREE and incurs ZERO fees on the buyer. We, as sellers, are the ones who shoulder the usage and admin fees for the payments processed thru PayPal. We also DO NOT charge additional transaction fees for bank or wire transfer. You always ONLY pay what is shown on your cart total. Unless you specifically request for additional services such as registered mail & tracking, expedited shipping, use of other courier, etc.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
What exactly happens after ordering?
You will receive a confirmation about your order. Once we have received the payment, we will start processing your order. You will be informed once your order has been sent out and receive the invoice from us.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
An invoice will be sent to you via email once we sent out your order.
Where are you located?
We perform our operations in our HQs in the Philippines and Germany.
Do you have a retail store?
At this point we do not have a retail store. Watch our News Blog for developments regarding this.
Can I pick up my order if I am within your vicinity?
Unfortunately, at this point we do not have a retail store, so currently we do not allow pick ups.
Which courier services do you use for shipping?
Generally, we work with Deutsche Post/DHL, however if you would like us to use a different provider for your order, please don´t hesitate to contact us.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped out after I place it?
Please allow 3 business days and 5-10 days during holiday season.
I have a discount coupon. Can I use it on sale items?
No, unfortunately discount coupons can only be used on regular priced items.
The item I am looking for is out of stock. What can I do?
