Once payment has been made, please allow 3 business days to process your order/s and prepare them for shipment. 5-10 days during holiday season (Christmas, New Year, etc). You will be notified once your orders are shipped with a tracking number if/when you choose to avail of this feature.
While we have swimwear stocks in the Philippines, most of our merchandise, especially the shirts, are being sent from our HQ in Europe via DHL which starts at EUR 3.80 for local and worldwide delivery. Plus we offer FREE delivery when you buy 3 or more items priced at least 20 EUR each or its equivalent in other currencies.
We offer a flat rate of Php 150 delivery rate for first two (2) ordered items for shipments within Metro Manila and other provinces in the Philippines. Note that if we have stocks of your order available in the Philippines (as it will be stated on the product description), you will receive it within 1-3 days after shipment. Otherwise, please refer to the table below.
The table below shows you international delivery times to your country from our HQ in Germany. If your country is not on the list, you need shipment to be expedited or prefer to use a different courier, please contact us directly for such arrangements.
- We will not be held liable for any delays or losses which may result from the courier service’s system and operations
- Applicable customs duty on goods imposed by your home country shall not be shouldered and not included in the price of our products
All products are final sale for hygienic reasons. No returns or exchanges is possible. We have meticulously prepared the size chart for you to easily find the perfect size for your body measurements; photographed and described the products the best that we could. We strongly suggest you carefully go through our size chart and individual product descriptions on respective product pages before purchase.
If, on a very rare occasion, you received the wrong item (i.e. different design/style/size from what was ordered), kindly notify us within three (3) days after receiving the item. It must be unworn, unsoiled and unwashed. Make sure all tags and hygienic liners are intact. Product packaging must also be included. For this, return shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer.
We are not responsible for any incidental loss in the mailing system. Use registered or trackable shipping method to ensure delivery.
